See how your squad is holding up

Add the human context a wearable can't capture. Each morning you get one word per athlete: Ready, Hold, Back off, or No read. Everything underneath it belongs to the athlete, and they choose what you see.

What you see, and what you don't

You see the word and the reason. Scores appear only when an athlete shares them, and some readings never reach a coach at all.

Today

Your squad sorted by need: back off first, then anyone who hasn't checked in, then hold, then ready. Each row says why.

The squad as a whole

Group figures appear once 8 athletes have answered, with the spread from 15. You see the program, not a leaderboard.

Groups, lineups and pods

Make as many as you like. Change who is in one and its figures restart, so a new lineup is read as a new lineup.

What athletes share

Shared scores come with their meaning. Anything not shared says "not shared", which tells you nothing about how they're doing.

FlowCoach for coaches

Ask about the squad or one athlete. It only knows what's shared with you, and it won't guess at the rest or compare athletes.

Your own practice

Six assessments on your skill, style, load and why you coach. Nobody at your club sees them.

What each athlete shares

Coaching for a club? See what clubs set up: the wellbeing lead, clinical screens and the agreement clubs sign.

Rules for coaches

They're on your settings screen too, so athletes and coaches read the same rules.

  • No reading is used for selection.
  • There's no way to request access to something an athlete hasn't shared.
  • You can remind a group to check in, never one named athlete.
  • The Working Bond, about your relationship with each athlete, never reaches you.
  • Clubs with athletes under 18 name a wellbeing lead. Clinical screens go only to that person, and the athlete is told at the same time.
