Say what is actually the case. Not the word for it, the thing itself.

There is no wrong way to ask. Describe what is happening rather than naming it. It will decline more often than a search engine: when what you type does not map onto anything here with enough confidence, it says so and asks you a question instead of assembling something plausible. That is the design.

It answers what a state is and what to do with yourself in it. It does not answer what to do about another person, and it does not make decisions. Nothing you type is stored or visible to anyone.
