You have spent twelve weeks building new neural pathways, developing coping strategies, and changing how your ADHD brain works. That first phase was essential — but the most durable changes often do not happen during the initial training. They happen during the quieter consolidation phase that follows, when new patterns settle from effortful strategy into something closer to instinct.

The two-phase process

Brain training follows a pattern neuroscientists have documented well — two distinct phases, each doing a different kind of work.

Phase 1 forms the change — new pathways, learned strategies, the first structural shifts. Phase 2 secures it — strengthening and stabilizing those pathways until the skills become automatic and reliable, and the gains are retained for the long term.
Delayed effects run deeper

Research consistently shows that consolidation effects are more pronounced at follow-up than immediately after training. The neural changes you began in the twelve weeks are still developing and strengthening — this phase exists to accelerate that natural, ongoing process.

WHERE THIS LEAVES US

The lasting changes happen after the program.

It is easy to think the work ends when the twelve weeks do. The neuroscience says otherwise. The pathways built in the foundation program keep strengthening for weeks afterward, and it is in that consolidation window — typically 8 to 16 weeks in — that effortful strategy hardens into automatic function, with real gains in gray matter and connectivity. Consolidation effects, notably, run deeper at follow-up than right after training.

This two-week intensive is built for exactly that window. It does not ask you to learn something new. It helps the change you have already begun become permanent — before the window closes.
